When are you open?
Open daily · 9:00 – 23:00.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes — Portugal, the European Union and international destinations. See shipping & delivery for costs and estimates.
How long until my order is sent?
Orders are prepared within 1 – 2 working days, then handed to the carrier.
Will fragile items survive the trip?
Tiles, ceramics and roosters are wrapped individually and boxed with padding. If anything arrives damaged we replace or refund it.
Can I reserve something and pick it up in the shop?
Yes. Call or message us on +351 920 047 834 and we'll set it aside for you.
Are the products really made in Portugal?
The crafts we stock come from Portuguese workshops — tile painters, cork makers, potters, filigree silversmiths and embroiderers. Each product page names the region it comes from.
