Every order is packed and sent from our shop in Alfama, Lisbon.

Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1 – 2 working days. Fragile pieces — tiles, ceramics and roosters — are wrapped individually before they leave the shop.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking reference by email once your parcel is handed to the carrier.
Customs & duties
Orders outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes in the destination country. These are set by local customs and paid by the recipient.
Damaged parcels
If something arrives broken, send us a photo of the item and the packaging within three days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
